Our Team

Here at Green Keratin, we are proud to be a small, closely knit team. We are like a family, which keeps us connected to our roots, taking us back to where we started: making products for family and friends at home.

Anderson Lira
Food Engineering BEng (Honours) and MA Organizational Behaviour.

Anderson is our Co-Founder and the brains behind the beauty products. He has all the insider knowledge when it comes to Green Keratin’s products, making him the best person to go to with your skincare concerns.

“Green Keratin is a lifelong dream come true for me. Because of Green Keratin, I have been able to pour my heart and soul into a business concept that I am passionate about. I love organic skincare, and I am so proud that we are able to create products that people love, while staying ethical in production.”

Glen Keeble
Business and Human Resource Management BA(Hons)

Glen is our Co-Founder and resident Business Operator. This means that he deals with the nitty gritty stuff like handling orders and managing production; everything that needs to be done to keep the business running! Without his organisation skills, we wouldn't have been able to reach the level we are at today.

“My favourite thing about Green Keratin is the fact that the products are fresh, natural and organic. We make a point to only buy the highest quality ingredients from certified organic suppliers, and I think it really makes a difference in the final product.”

Valeska Wright
Bachelor of Social Science

Valeska is in charge of International Business Development, ensuring that more people across the globe have access to our products. She is also in charge of the upkeep of our own website, as well as various online shopping outlets which carry our skincare ranges such as: Amazon, Ebay and Etsy.

“I truly believe that it’s so important to feed our skin with natural and organic products, especially when they are created ethically. I love the fact that Green Keratin doesn’t test any of their products on animals and that they are ethical in every aspect of their business.”

Michael Adler
Food Production

Michael helps us get the finished products ready to be shipped out. This involves preparing the products for packing by labelling and also acting as quality control—ensuring only the best products get sent out. Once this is sorted, he allocates the correct packaging for each product, and they get shipped to you!

“We work so hard at our Bristol Beauty Kitchen that you can’t help but be proud of everything we create. I think the effort that we put in at each stage really shines through in all of our products.”

Monika Korytakova
Food Production

Monika works alongside Michael preparing the products before they leave our Beauty Kitchen. This involves labelling and performing quality control checks to ensure that only the products that are up to our standards get shipped to you. Once this is organised and the correct packaging is picked out, they are ready to be shipped!

“Green Keratin is great because of the quality of the products, they feel so fresh on your skin and actually make your skin feel like it’s healthier!”

“I love Green Keratin products because they are the first skincare products that have actually made a difference in the way my skin looks and feels. This is the best my skin has ever looked, and now I wouldn’t dream of using any other products.”
